Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") are intended to regulate all matters related to UniChemFine (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its members.

Article 2 (Effectiveness of Terms and Conditions, etc.)

① The Terms and Conditions shall take effect when they are made public and agreed to by the other party. The public announcement of these Terms and Conditions shall be made by posting them on the Company's website ({HomepageㅣURL Code}).
② The Company may revise the Terms and Conditions within the scope that does not violate relevant laws such as the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions.
③ When the Company revises the Terms and Conditions, it shall post the effective date and reason for revision on the Company's website at least 7 days prior to the effective date.
④ The Terms and Conditions notified of change in the manner set forth in Paragraph 3 shall also be validly applied to existing members.

Article 3 (Interpretation of Terms and Jurisdiction)
① Matters not specified in the Terms and Conditions and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by relevant laws and customs.
② In the event of a dispute between a member and the Company, the Seoul Central District Court shall be the competent court.

Article 4 (Definition of Terms)
'Member' refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the company and can continuously use the services provided by the company.

Article 5 (Membership Registration and Qualifications)
① You can be registered as a member by filling out the membership information in the form prescribed by the company and applying for membership.
② In the following cases, the company may not accept membership registration or revoke membership qualifications.
1. If you apply for membership using another person's name
2. If you provide false information in the required fields when applying
3. If you apply for or commit an act with the purpose of violating relevant laws and regulations
4. If you apply for or commit an act with the purpose of disrupting social order or public morals
5. If you threaten the electronic transaction order by interfering with another person's use of the company or stealing information
③ If the company revokes membership qualifications, the membership registration will be canceled. In this case, the member will be notified in advance and given an opportunity to explain.

Article 6 (Acquisition and Use of Personal Information)
① The company establishes and implements a personal information protection policy and complies with laws regarding the acquisition, use, and protection of personal information. The personal information protection policy is posted at the bottom of the homepage at all times.
② The company cannot use the personal information provided by the customer for purposes other than this service.
③ The company cannot provide the personal information provided by the customer to a third party without the customer's prior consent. However, the following cases are exceptions.

1. When providing a domain name search service
2. When requested by a government agency in accordance with the Framework Act on Telecommunications and other related laws
3. When there is a purpose of investigating a crime or when there is a request from the Information and Communications Ethics Committee
4. When using the member's information (name, address, phone number) for business contact
5. When sharing some information limited to matters related to banking business
6. When necessary for compiling statistics, promotional materials, academic research, or market research, and provided in a form that does not identify a specific customer

Article 7 (Withdrawal of Membership)
① Members may request withdrawal from the company at any time, and the company will immediately process the withdrawal.
② If the expiration date of the service that the member is using from the company has not passed, the company will not process withdrawal.

Article 8 (Notice to Members)
① When the company notifies members, it may do so via the e-mail address submitted by the member to the company.
② In the case of notice to an unspecified number of members, the company may substitute individual notice by posting it on the company bulletin board for more than one week.

Article 9 (Issuance and Use of Coupons)
① A coupon refers to an online or offline coupon that allows a certain amount or percentage to be discounted when paying for the company's service fees, and members may use the coupon.
② Coupons may be issued by the company, and the scope of use, discount limit, validity period, restrictions, etc. of the coupon are displayed on the coupon or service screen.
③ Coupons must be used within the applicable validity period in principle, and cannot be reissued, transferred, sold, or refunded.

Article 10 (Obligations of the Company)
① The company will do its best to provide continuous and stable services in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. ② The company always does its best to ensure information security by implementing administrative and technical safety measures for personal information including registrant information.
③ The company does its best to maintain the order of e-commerce through fair and sound operation, and contributes to the development of Internet business by maximizing customer satisfaction by providing quality services through continuous research and development.
④ If the company determines that inconveniences and problems raised by customers are justified, it will immediately address the problem as a priority. However, if prompt handling is difficult, the company will immediately notify the customer of the reason and processing schedule.
⑤ The company will actively cooperate with requests from consumer protection groups and public institutions for materials necessary for promoting consumer protection work.

Article 11 (Member Obligations)
① Members are responsible for all management of their IDs and passwords.
② Members must not allow third parties to know their IDs and passwords.
③ Members must comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and related laws and regulations.
